Saturday - Preston Music Festival, great day of music and the party downtown Preston! I'll be there to intro my friends Matt Storch & the Usual Suspects when they hit the stage at 9pm.

Sunday morning- I'm your emcee for the KW Terry Fox Run at Sportsworld Crossing. There are numerous walks for Terry Fox here in the region but all the funds go the same amazing cause. Come join us to walk Sunday morning, bring friends & family...the more the merrier. We'll be doing the pre-walk warm up with my super fit friend Pauly from CrossFit Kitchener. Yikes.
